What happens if I only set a width or height?
The other dimension is calculated automatically to keep the image's original aspect ratio.
Can I stretch an image to an exact size?
Yes, turn off "Keep aspect ratio" and set both width and height to stretch the image to those exact dimensions.
What's the maximum size?
Width and height can each go up to 8000 pixels.
Is resizing an image free?
Yes, resizing an image is completely free with no signup and no watermark on the result.
Will resizing stretch or distort my image?
Not if you keep "lock aspect ratio" on - it scales width and height together so proportions stay correct.
Does resizing reduce image quality?
Resizing itself is a scale operation, not a compression step, and Drefly saves the output at the highest available quality setting so there's no extra quality loss beyond what scaling the pixels naturally involves. Scaling up beyond the original resolution can still look softer since no new detail is created.
